Yes — Sand Star Services is insured and bonded, and our rebuilds are completed to windstorm code with documentation.
Our written contract carries a one-year limited express warranty on our workmanship, running from substantial completion. If something covered by it goes wrong, tell us in writing within that year and give us the chance to put it right — that is how the warranty works and it is the remedy it provides. Materials, appliances and equipment carry the manufacturer’s own warranty, which we pass through to you. The full terms, including what is and is not covered, are in the contract.
